Care
Remove finger tape when it shows signs of wear and tear that can influence its effectiveness. It's not designed to be washed, so it should be replaced after each use.
Carefully peel off the thumb tape, starting from the top and moving downward, to avoid pulling on the skin. You can use coconut oil to rub into the tape to soften the adhesive, making it slide off.
