What currency are your prices listed in?
Our prices are listed in United States Dollars ($).
What are the conditions for returns and exchanges?
Items must be unwashed and unworn with all barcodes intact. Please email your return request to email@example.com and provide us with: Your Name, Order number, Item you are returning, and the reason why.
How long do I have to make an exchange or return?
If you are not fully satisfied with your products, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. The same if you wish to exchange goods.
I have received a faulty item. What should I do?
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and provide the following information: Your order number, Details of the damaged item, Description of the issue, and Photographic evidence.
Do you offer size charts for your products?
Yes, we provide size charts for most of our products to help you choose the correct size. These charts can be found on the product page or in the product description.
Do you ship worldwide?
We can ship to MOST countries via UPS International delivery. Please allow extra time for deliveries to international addresses.
When will my order ship?
Our warehouse is based in the United States, Pennsylvania, and Shipments are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekend will ship
the next business day once it is verified and approved for shipment.
How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the checkout. During the checkout process, you will be able to view the shipping options available for your order along with their corresponding costs.
By which carrier will my order be shipped?
We use the USPS and UPS carriers to get customers their orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the name of the carrier and any tracking information.
My tracking says "delivered," but I have yet to receive my order.
We kindly ask you to allow up to 3 business days from the stated delivery date for any potential delays or issues with the delivery. If you still haven't received your order after this period, please contact us for further assistance. Alternatively, you may also contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation regarding the delivery status.
How long does shipping take?

As a general guideline, we aim to deliver domestic orders within 5-7 business days and international orders within 7-14 business days. However, please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times and occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.
