The tape is EXTREMELY effective for protecting that raw spot on the thumb. Currently, I'm using it for a strongman competition, and I'm finding all sorts of ways that it's helping. The fact that it's slightly sticky on the outside makes a huge difference, and if you need more, you can do a flip and have the ultra-sticky part facing out. It's been super helpful with the pinch block on top of grabbing things that have aggressive knurling.

Great chalk, holds dry and solid without the sticky of the liquid chalks, but I really need to find a decent container for this stuff. I’ve got it in a damn ziploc bag and that’s a mess but I couldn’t find anything decent that would keep it in my gym bag and not let it get all over my gym bag.
This belt strikes a really good balance between flexibility and support. I can move freely during warm-ups and lighter work, but still feel locked in when it matters. The material feels durable and the closure system works smoothly every time. It’s also nice not having to deal with stiff leather. this just feels more practical overall
This product really works, the tape is very high quality and using it for my Oly lifts really make a difference!
First off, buy it. You know you want to. It's great quality, made in Ukraine, feels soft but heavy, perfect fit with room where you want it for lifting. And no joke, I think they sprayed it with cologne or something before shipment.
