TWO MATERIAL OPTIONS

HOW TO USE STRAP
Step 1:
Thread one hand through one loop of the lifting strap.
Step 2:
Bring the strap under the bar, lifting the opposite loop up, and insert your other hand through it. Adjust the position for tightness and grip the bar securely.
